Die-Cutting Processing
- Cushioning Foam
Utilizing materials with excellent flexibility, tensile strength, sealing, and light-blocking properties, cushioning foam is widely applied in product or mechanical designs for purposes such as shock absorption, vibration damping, sound insulation, heat insulation, padding, and protection.
PORON
Among current cushioning materials, PORON is a high-density, soft microcellular foam that offers excellent compressibility, high rebound resilience, impact resistance, and outstanding temperature tolerance. It features minimal compression set, making it ideal for long-term applications requiring gaskets, seals, and shock absorption without deformation.
Applications:
Used in communication products like laptops and mobile phones, shock-absorbing pads for panels, gaskets around LEDs, cushioning for printed circuit boards, keyboard dampers, battery compartment padding, foot pads, hard disk end protectors, CD-ROM tray groove pads, speaker surrounds, and LCD perimeter padding, among others.
EVA, CR, EPDM
When combined with double-sided adhesive tape, these materials are widely used for vibration damping, sound insulation, and waterproof sealing.
Applications:
Used in computers, automobiles, mobile phones, GPS devices, LCDs, digital cameras, electronics, home appliances, automotive trim parts (interior and exterior), furniture decoration trims, hooks, nameplates, and labels for bonding and securing.

- Double-Sided Tape
Double-sided tape is a product that uses adhesive properties to bond two surfaces together. It can also be die-cut and shaped, which is why we refer to it collectively as double-sided tape.
Based on the backing material (the central support layer), double-sided tapes can be categorized into PET backing, non-woven fabric backing, tissue paper backing, foam backing, and others.
Based on the adhesive type, they can be classified into acrylic-based, synthetic rubber-based, natural rubber-based, silicone-based, and hybrid adhesives.
Depending on customer requirements for product thickness and specific applications, double-sided tapes with thicknesses ranging from 0.01 mm to 5 mm can all be processed and die-cut.
- Common Brands of Double-Sided Tape:
- American Brands: 3M, AVERY
- Japanese Brands: NITTO, SONY, SEKISUI, TERAOKA, DIC
- German Brands: TESA, LOHMANN
- Domestic Brands: Sivea, Hysun, and others
Applications:
Used for bonding and securing components in computers, mobile phones, GPS devices, LCDs, digital cameras, PDAs, automobiles, electronics, home appliances, and mechanical equipment.
Die-Cutting Processing
-Conductive Materials
Made with copper or aluminum foil as the base material, these materials feature low surface oxidation. They can be used in combination with various types of double-sided adhesive tapes under high or low temperature conditions and offer excellent EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding and ESD (electrostatic discharge) conductivity. They can also be used with conductive adhesives for electrical conduction purposes.
Copper and aluminum foil tape provide outstanding shielding against electromagnetic and radio waves emitted by electronic devices, and are also highly effective in heat conduction and noise reduction.
Applications:
Desktop and laptop computers, communication devices, mobile phones, PDAs, PDPs, and the electronics industry.
Die-Cutting Processing
-Optical Materials
Depending on requirements, materials such as prism sheets, diffuser films, white reflective films, silver reflective films, shading films, black/white films, anti-glare films, anti-fingerprint films, and explosion-proof films can be used. These materials are primarily utilized for radiation protection, light shielding, and chemical or physical reflection.
Applications:
They are widely applicable in products and devices with various functional needs, including computers, automobiles, mobile phones, GPS devices, LCDs, digital cameras, electrical machinery, home appliances, and industrial equipment.
